Refund & Cancellation
1. Overview
This policy applies to all purchases of products (chemicals, consumables, machinery, and equipment). You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date; after that, purchases are final.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them. To process a return, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Exclusions: Perishables (e.g., food), intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, and downloadable software.
3. Returns & Exchanges
If approved, you may receive a full refund or an exchange for the same item, subject to availability.
Sale items and discounted items are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within a few business days.

5. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
Use a trackable shipping service or insurance for expensive items.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled at any time before shipment/despatch, free of charge.
To cancel, please contact our customer service via email or phone.
Once cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed within a few business days.
7. Non‑Returnable & Partial Refund Situations
We reserve the right to grant only partial refunds for:
– Used items or items returned in damaged condition
– Missing parts not due to our error
– Items returned past 30 days but potentially eligible for partial credit
8. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, email us with photos and proof of purchase within 30 days.
Upon verification, we may offer an exchange or replacement.
9. Gifts
If the item was marked and shipped as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
Otherwise, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

We may update or revise this policy from time to time. All changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
